Why Biltmore?
The Biltmore Apartments was built in 1924 to be Seattle's largest and most superior apartment complex. Architects Bertram Stuart and Arthur Wheatley designed a 6-story Tudor-Gothic style featuring an all-brick and decorative terra cotta facade. The Biltmore is made up of 130 luxurious apartment homes. In addition, this extravagant building has a grand lobby, extra-wide hallways, two elevators, and laundry on-site. We offer well-maintained studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedrooms.
